Here's a favorite. Steam some spinach and lay that on your plate w/the filet on top. Then drizzle with this easy sauce:
BOURSIN SAUCE
1 cup whipping cream
ΒΌ cup dry white wine
4-5 oz. Boursin garlic and herb cheese (in round lidded container)
Chopped parsley for garnish
Blend cream and wine together in saucepan. Reduce by 1/3 and add cheese. Whisk until smooth. Stir in chopped parsley. ~Rita
