Recently, ProBlogger had a competition about writing great blog titles. Creating great titles can help make a blog popular or at least a particular post a lot more catchy. Of course, if you want your readers to gain anything from your post, the content within the post will have to be very interesting and helpful as well.
Today, I spent a little bit of time carousing some of the entries in the ProBlogger contest. I found some very great titles and posts that accomodate the titles. I tried to choose posts in which you might learn a good thing or two from, or find of great interest. I’ll list a few of them below for you.
There really are some fantastic bloggers out there. While some of them might not be in the spotlight among the likes of Darren Rowse, Jack Humphrey or Yaro Starak (as if many of us are!??), man…some of these guys and girls are great bloggers!
We have to realize that the pro bloggers such as the names mentioned above didn’t get there overnight. It’s a process, determination, and also some good savvy marketing techniques that have to be learned over time. I’m sure in the next year we will see a lot of new people’s blogs become more popular, and a few that will be considered being in the pro-bloggers sphere.
For today…my favorite findings from the ProBlogger contest are below. There were a lot of titles to choose from, but I went with one’s that caught my eye, and also something I felt could benefit you as well. I hope you like my choices.
1. The World’s Most Beautiful Bloggers - Gobala Krishnan
The reason I chose this one from Gobala, is that for some reason or another there are a lot of people who aren’t aware of all of the fantastic female bloggers out there. I mean, personally, I only know of a handful myself. Then again, I guess it’s not like I spend my time seeking this information out. But, I felt this might give some of the girls out there a little inspiration for their blogging.

2. 3 Easy Ways To Get More Mileage From Your Blog Posts - Sarah Lewis
This title really caught my eye. As a blogger, I’m always sort of looking around to find out ways I might be a little more effective, or perhaps a helpful plug-in that might solve a problem or two. Sarah Lewis really put together a helpful post here, especially if you are perhaps a little newer to blogging.

3. 7 Ways to Get What You Want From Life - Steve Olson
I’m always interested in a post about this sort of topic. While sometimes I might sort of know a little bit of what is in store for me, since there are so many products pertaining to this type of topic, I always like to be inspired. I think it keeps me pushing forward, especially on days when we get a little frustrated with things.
Steve Olson outlines some very cool tips on this post.

4. 11 Slimy Internet Marketing Characters - David Walker
Wow, could I ever relate to this one. I left a post saying as such as well. If you had any idea how many forum posts I delete in a week you’d understand why! This is quite a hilarious post really, we’ve all come across these characters online. It’s a fantastic post…

I’m sure if you visit the sites above you will enjoy each of these posts. I’ll post a few more for you in a day or two, once I nail down some more great one’s.
Making a blog popular does take a while, but the one’s chosen above should open your eyes to some of the fantastic content that can be found out there in the blogosphere.
The greatest in all you do,
Make Success Yours!
